1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between sarapbabetv ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the sarapbabetv website located at sarapbabetv.org and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By accessing the sarapbabetv platform in any capacity – whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus – you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

2Eligibility

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of sarapbabetv, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by sarapbabetv or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

sarapbabetv reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified as meeting the eligibility requirements above may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balance held in such accounts may be forfeited or returned at sarapbabetv's sole discretion.

3Account Registration

To access the full range of sarapbabetv services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active sarapbabetv account. If sarapbabetv discovers that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided, and any deposits held in duplicate accounts will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sarapbabetv login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. sarapbabetv will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify sarapbabetv immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

sarapbabetv is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

sarapbabetv accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱ 100. sarapbabetv does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits are generally credited to your sarapbabetv account instantly or within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact sarapbabetv customer support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. sarapbabetv does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable security checks. sarapbabetv reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on sarapbabetv are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). sarapbabetv does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

sarapbabetv is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. sarapbabetv reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where required by law.

5Bonuses & Promotions

sarapbabetv offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your sarapbabetv account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. sarapbabetv reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused bonus offers, or who are suspected of doing so, may be excluded from future promotions without prior notice.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse sarapbabetv bonus offers – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms – constitutes bonus abuse. sarapbabetv reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable bonus terms will expire and be removed from your account automatically. sarapbabetv is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the original bonus terms.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on sarapbabetv – including live casino tables, slot games, bingo rooms, and Dragon Gate – are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

6.1 Random Number Generation

sarapbabetv's electronic games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to independent oversight.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, sarapbabetv reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding wager amounts to the players' accounts. sarapbabetv's decision in relation to any malfunction is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical issues beyond the refund of the affected wager.

6.3 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with sarapbabetv customer support within 72 hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. sarapbabetv's decision on all game disputes, made after review of available records and logs, is final and binding.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sarapbabetv. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one sarapbabetv account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the sarapbabetv platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct in connection with sarapbabetv.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the sarapbabetv platform or its underlying technology.
• Using sarapbabetv for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing sarapbabetv from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to use your sarapbabetv account.
• Engaging in any conduct that sarapbabetv reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of any game.

9Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sarapbabetv platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any sarapbabetv content without prior written consent from sarapbabetv.

Any unauthorized use of sarapbabetv intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by sarapbabetv.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sarapbabetv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the sarapbabetv platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

sarapbabetv's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sarapbabetv account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sarapbabetv does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. sarapbabetv will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11Privacy & Data

sarapbabetv collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using sarapbabetv, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12Amendments to These Terms

sarapbabetv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sarapbabetv will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and sarapbabetv, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent sarapbabetv from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
